The staff was very helpful and cute. The location allows for convenient exploration of the area.
I could hear some intermittent tapping sounds from the pipes next to the bed. There was also heavy humming and throbbing machinery noises at 1:30 AM. The noises negatively impacted my sleep quality.

I found the staff so cheerful and friendly. It was the friendliest hotel i have experienced! the room was cozy. it had every comfort i needed. i especially valued the effective air conditioning, a lifesaver during the very hot weather.
the rooms and communal spaces felt a bit cramped, even in the larger rooms. it was a minor inconvenience.

the front desk staff members were particularly helpful. rosa and other receptionists were always ready to assist. their service ensured a smooth and pleasant experience.
